On February 14, the Urban Development Committee hosted the delegation headed by Timothy Straight, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Finland in Armenia.

The delegation of the Asian Development Bank was hosted at the Urban Development Committee. Ideas for the implementation of the housing construction projects developed by the ADB advisory mission were discussed, based on the principle of public-private cooperation.

At a government meeting on 25^th of January, the draft decision developed by the Urban Development Committee was approved, which defined the specifics for organizing the procurement processes related to school construction.

On 25^th of January, representatives of the Croatian "Institute IGH" company were hosted at the Urban Development Committee. Besides the officials of the Urban Development Committee, the director of the "Academic City" Foundation, representatives of the "Investment Support Center" Foundation ("Enterprise Armenia"), the International Sambo Federation ("FIAS"), the "Global USA" company and the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia also participated in the meeting.

As part of the Armenian delegation, Nune Petrosyan, Deputy Chairman of the Urban Development Committee, visited the Federal Republic of Germany on January 7-11 at the invitation of the architectural firm "Gerkan, Marg and Partners" designing the master plan of the Academic City.

Today specialists with significant achievements in the field of urban development were hosted at the Urban Development Committee. The awards given earlier on the occasion of the Builder and Architect holidays were handed over to them.
